Dr. Bashi /Bashini Jayasinghe completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, in 2019 and went on to complete a Master of Public Health (Applied Specialisation) at the University of Western Australia in 2025. Her clinical and academic journey has equipped her with a unique blend of hands-on dental expertise and a deep understanding of public health principles, enabling her to provide comprehensive, patient-centred care.

Dr Bashini Jayasinghe Bio

Dr. Bashi offers a broad range of dental treatments, including restorative and preventive care, endodontics, prosthodontics, and paediatric dentistry. She is known for her warm and gentle approach, especially when treating children and anxious patients, always prioritising comfort and communication in her practice.

Dr. Bashi also brings valuable public health experience, having worked as a intern – consultant with a leading healthcare consultancy in Perth, as part of her public health studies. During this time, she contributed to state-wide programs, gaining insights into health systems improvement and community-level oral health promotion. This experience further strengthened her passion for integrating public health perspectives into clinical dentistry.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing basketball, travelling, photography, and end exploring different cuisine. Dr. Bashi is passionate about making a positive impact in both clinical and community settings and remains committed to continuous learning and delivering the highest standard of care.
